Overview: User Management involves monitoring and managing individuals who are provided access to the application. 

Please find the step-by-step instructions to create user account in StreetMan.

  1. Click on the link to open the StreetMan Web portal, accessible via the following URL: https://streetman.dhyan.com/
  2. Click on the settings icon on the top right corner of the StreetMan UI.

  1. After selecting the settings icon navigate to Security Tab and click on User Management to create / add new user.

             2. Updating user information and permission while adding new user:

 

Updating account information:

After selecting add new user option please enter the account information to create new user.

When creating the new user, input the email address into the username field, ensuring that the fields marked with an asterisk (*) are obligatory and should be updated.

Note: Please make sure not to provide and public domain email addresses while creatine new user instead please provide private/organisation domain email addresses while creating user account.

Updating Group Information:

Utilizing group information enables you to assign the necessary role and permissions for accessing the StreetMan UI.

 If you wish to grant read and write permissions, please provide the role as operations manager; alternatively, opt for technician if read-only permission is preferred. 

Please proceed to assign the group by dragging and dropping the required role/permission to the designated side.

 

Note: While updating the group information please make sure not to provide administrator access to any user unless its required

Updating Personal Information:

 

Please provide the necessary personal information required to create new user and click on Add User.

Note: Please make sure not to provide and public domain email addresses like (Gmail or Yahoo domain) while creating a new user instead please provide private/organisation (Sundance) domain email addresses while creating user account.
